About the Role


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and financial management skills.

  • This position involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial processes.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 12 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
