Job Description:

The Senior Industrial Solutions Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering industry-standard solutions to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of Johnson Controls' products and services, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop strategic plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You should also have experience in working in a client advisory role and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience delivering partner business and consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of the market and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study product knowledge and company procedures to improve domain knowledge
  • Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with department goals
  • P prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers
  • Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels
  • Closely monitor and collect competitors' activities in the market

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in delivering partner business and consulting services
  • Strong understanding of the market and ability to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working in a client advisory role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on various factors.
