Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage treatment plans, provide administrative support, and coordinate with dental professionals. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient care and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up visits
- Clearly communicate treatment details to patients, addressing any questions or concerns
- Manage and update patient appointment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient treatment progression
Requirements:
- Graduation from a Healthcare Allied Course, Dentistry degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Knowledge and understanding of dental procedures and ability to educate patients
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and EHR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
