Job Title: Call Quality Coach

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership or coaching roles.
  • Experience assessing inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
