Job Opportunity

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties ensuring tenant satisfaction, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential along with solid property management and bookkeeping knowledge.

This role requires a proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager, strong proficiency in Rent Manager software, and knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.

The key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, overseeing rent collection, enforcing lease terms, processing accounts payable/receivable, and generating financial reports.
