Accounting Professional

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Your expertise in financial processes and systems will ensure the smooth operation of our finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Support VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings.
  • Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on AP, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
