Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying top candidates and streamlining recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews to identify top candidates.
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence to ensure timely responses.
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets to maintain accurate information.
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication to foster a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Recruitment Specialist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
  • 1-2 years of BPO customer service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individuals are encouraged to apply.
