Customer Experience Manager

Job Description:
  • We are collecting and analyzing customer feedback through internal and external channels. This feedback helps identify opportunities to improve our services and ensure we provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • We need someone who can ensure compliance with key initiatives. This involves tracking complaints, reporting on status, and managing projects that result in identified issues being prevented or mitigated for future customers.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to build a positive experience by tracking and disseminating best practices that result in a positive customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Creativity, proactivity, and a bias for action are essential qualities for this role.
  • Experience with Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Customer Experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional project leadership skills, attention to detail, and good common sense are necessary.
  • Aggregating and analyzing customer feedback is preferred but prior experience collecting and analyzing information or data is a fundamental requirement.
  • Inspiring others to action and influencing without authority is crucial.
  • Ability to create Customer Journey Maps, Employee Journey Maps, and identify opportunities for improved process or design.
  • Passion for learning/learning agile.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Good computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Exceptional research skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
