Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to drive our online sales platforms, develop digital marketing strategies, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ecommerce Management: Optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
    • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels.
    • Content Creation: Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports to improve strategies.
    • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups.
    • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
