About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a BPO Agent for Healthcare Sector. As a key member of our healthcare division, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Customer Calls: Respond to customer calls and inquiries in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
  2. Provide Product Information: Interact with customers to provide them with information and assistance they need on our client's products and services.
  3. Focus on Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customer interactions result in high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A completed 2-year college degree (with no back subjects).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Account environment.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation skills.
