  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to resolve any credentialing-related issues.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate provider credentialing processes.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO settings; experience in provider credentialing and enrollments preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare provider specialties.
