Strategic IT Consultant Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. As a Strategic IT Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop technical strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical designs for applications and systems
  • Provide technical guidance to business units and assist account managers in pre-sales activities
  • Support sales productivity by handling complex solutions
  • Review client technology processes and plan solution configurations to meet client requirements
  • Proactively scope technical solutions required to address customer needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both customers and the company
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and service resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer pain points
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT Consultant
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, infrastructure, and system security measures
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in IT Services with a focus on IT Consulting.
