About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Content Operations Lead to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creation team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
- Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
- Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to leadership.
- Foster a productive and inclusive culture across a remote team.
- Demonstrated experience in content operations or team supervision within a startup or remote environment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
