Content Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of effective content management strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment on goals.

This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation
