Customer Service Associate Role Overview

  • Maintain basic knowledge of client offerings
  • Prepare accurate work, notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Offer additional products or services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases
  • Refer customers to published materials or senior staff for further assistance
