Remote Invoice Coordinator

Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Remote Invoice Coordinator to join our team at Skyedesk. As a Remote Invoice Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing and payment reconciliation to collections and cash application.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Pull order data from various sources, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.">
- Reformat the data into a template that can be imported into QuickBooks via Transaction Pro.">
- Send out invoices to clients via QuickBooks.">
- Pull payout data from various portals and enter all deposits into QuickBooks.">
- Issue credit memos as needed.">
- Perform general accounts receivable responsibilities, including collections, cash application, chargeback reconciliation, and assisting with reporting.">
Requirements:

- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.">
- Problem-solving skills, process improvement, and analysis skills.">
- Meticulous approach to information verification.">
- Excellent communication skills.">
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, specifically VLOOKUP and pivot tables.">
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprises Desktop or Online.">
- Familiarity with big chain retailers and payment platforms.">
- Experience with Transaction Pro for QuickBooks is a plus.">
