Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Remote Invoice Coordinator to join our team at Skyedesk. As a Remote Invoice Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing and payment reconciliation to collections and cash application.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Pull order data from various sources, including Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.">
  3. Reformat the data into a template that can be imported into QuickBooks via Transaction Pro.">
  4. Send out invoices to clients via QuickBooks.">
  5. Pull payout data from various portals and enter all deposits into QuickBooks.">
  6. Issue credit memos as needed.">
  7. Perform general accounts receivable responsibilities, including collections, cash application, chargeback reconciliation, and assisting with reporting.">

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.">
  • Problem-solving skills, process improvement, and analysis skills.">
  • Meticulous approach to information verification.">
  • Excellent communication skills.">
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, specifically VLOOKUP and pivot tables.">
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprises Desktop or Online.">
  • Familiarity with big chain retailers and payment platforms.">
  • Experience with Transaction Pro for QuickBooks is a plus.">
