About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Remote Payroll Coordinator to join our team at GlobexPeople.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in U.S. and Canadian payroll administration, with experience working with payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities will include administering U.S. and Canadian international PCR activations for employee HR master data, ensuring corrections of PCR and payment errors, and validating salary wage type and currency selections to prevent employee over/under payments.

You will also conduct reviews and approval processes for payroll data when employees request changes to personal information, research and resolve errors related to EC to ECC HR Master Data replication, and assist with payroll migration processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Additionally, you will manage and update payroll master data to ensure accurate processing, work with ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and data management, and ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll tax regulations.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is required.
