We're looking for a marketing expert to join our team and drive brand presence across various industries.


About the Role

This position is designed for a strategic and creative marketing professional who can strengthen the brand presence of both Real Estate and Construction divisions. You'll play a key role in driving social media growth, analyzing market trends, and providing insights that directly support acquisitions, sales, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting real estate projects, construction updates, and company milestones.
  • Track market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports, including social media analytics, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Create marketing materials (flyers, videos, newsletters, brochures, and presentations) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Work with leadership to align long-term marketing strategies with business growth goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.

Location and Environment

This role is based in Colombia – Remote, and requires advanced English language skills (B2/C1+).

You'll work in a Colombian and International team environment, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

The contract type is Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
