This is a creative and challenging role that requires a skilled content creator with a passion for designing engaging training materials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a wide range of educational content, from presentations to e-learning modules, that helps employees grow and succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, e-learning courses, job aids, and other educational content.
  • Apply working knowledge of graphic design principles to create visually appealing and professional materials. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is essential.
  • Create and refine presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant tools, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all materials are completed on time.
  • Use strong written communication skills to create clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex topics for learners.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and free of errors.
  • Work with subject matter experts and other team members to understand learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating training materials, presentations, and other educational content.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content; strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently; exceptional attention to detail; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is an advantage.
