- Keep the property directory up to date with emergency numbers, hotlines, contractors, suppliers, and Third Party Contractors
- Maintain the 201 file of all units in the property according to SPMC's required documents
- Process the renewal of all government permits and payment of Real Property Tax
- Submit the Daily Time Record (DTR) of all SPMC employees
- Assist the Property Manager in preparing PowerPoint presentations and related materials for Board Meetings and Membership Meetings
- Attend Board Meetings and Membership Meetings as required
- Accept and summarize concern slips from unit owners
- Evaluate concern slips submitted by unit owners
- Prepare Minutes of Board Meeting, Special Meetings, and Annual General Assembly Meeting
- Manage petty cash
- Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative
- Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Building Technology Management or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in the same industry
- Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and email
