Marketing Administrative Assistant

The Marketing Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for our Marketing Claims. This role directly reports to the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager and is responsible for providing administrative work and support to facilitate sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides administrative support to the Marketing Team
• Records and maintains all documents related to the Marketing Claims
• Assists in coordinating activities among operations, sales managers, and representatives
• Assists in defining and continuously improving Marketing Claims process and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any course
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
• Availability to travel as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
This is a project-based 5-month contract. Open for fresh graduates.
