About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Icon Designer to contribute to our extensive logo library. This role involves creating 100% original vector-based icons, uploading them to BrandCrowd, and preparing them for review and publication, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual sense and good copywriting skills to provide accurate keyword-driven tags for the icons.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing unique, high-quality icons for various templates and design libraries on BrandCrowd.
  • Editing and enhancing existing icons and template inventory as required.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure alignment with project briefs.
  • Providing support to the In-house Logo Team and Logo Team as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as an in-house graphic designer, agency, or freelancer, with a focus on icon or logo creation.
  • Proficiency in using design software and technologies, including Adobe Illustrator.
  • A strong portfolio or online link showcasing icon design expertise.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent visual taste and knowledge of color combinations.
  • Familiarity with graphic design trends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivation and goal-setting abilities.
  • Confident level of business English for editing and SEO purposes.
  • Experience selling vector icons on stock platforms is a plus.
