Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a portfolio of 40 static ad creatives per week that are designed to drive clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience and maintain quality at scale.
  • Collaborate with our team on testing and iterating to find winning creative angles that meet our performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in direct-response design for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • A strong understanding of marketing psychology and how to translate it into effective visual design.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver consistently while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • A portfolio that showcases conversion-focused design skills and experience working with diverse client brands.
