Job Title: Senior Creative Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving results with top-notch visual designs, proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and a passion for innovation.

  • Brand Identity Creation: Develop new product identities, including logos, branding, packaging, business cards, and more.
  • Static Ads: Design engaging static ads weekly for various products.
  • Sales Campaign Design: Lead the visual design for sales campaigns (e.g., Labor Day Sale), including website banners, Google Ads banners, email marketing campaigns, social media stories, and static ads.
  • Iconography: Design brand icons, patterns, and other visual elements.
  • Email Design: Create email designs that align with trends, the marketing calendar, and brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of competitors by continuously researching and adapting to market trends, delivering fresh and trendy creatives.

Our ideal candidate is highly productive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. They must be able to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams. A bonus-driven mindset with a focus on creating high-impact designs is essential.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience with DTC brands (e-commerce) with a portfolio that showcases your ability to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams.
