NetSuite Expert Consultant Opportunity

This role offers a chance to work with clients in delivering tailored NetSuite solutions that meet their business needs. As a NetSuite expert, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and translating them into customized NetSuite solutions.

You will collaborate with new and existing clients to optimize their NetSuite environments, ensuring smooth integrations, data integrity, and ongoing system improvements. Your expertise in functional consulting, project delivery, and managed services will help clients enhance their business processes and maximize their NetSuite investment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a global remote environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Business Analysis: Collaborating with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into tailored NetSuite solutions.
  • Integration Projects: Leading NetSuite integration projects, working with third-party solutions.
  • Project Recovery: Supporting NetSuite project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing NetSuite environments.
  • Data Governance: Ensuring data governance, integrity, and security, managing customizations, workflows, and scheduled scripts.
  • System Integration: Configuring and managing API connections and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Reporting: Developing customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable business insights.
  • Upgrade Management: Managing NetSuite upgrades, test new features, and roll out updates to client environments.

In addition, you will serve as the primary NetSuite expert and point of contact for managed services clients, monitoring and maintaining client NetSuite environments, and providing ongoing training, best practices, and user adoption strategies to enhance client efficiency.

We are looking for someone who excels in project management, has a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving NetSuite issues, and communicates effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
