Cloud Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Expert to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' business needs.

This role requires expertise in cloud-based ERP consulting, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in cloud computing, ERP administration, or managed services roles.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into tailored cloud solutions.
  • Leading cloud integration projects, working with third-party solutions and APIs.
  • Supporting cloud project recovery efforts, stabilizing and optimizing existing cloud environments.
  • Ensuring data governance, integrity, and security, managing customizations, workflows, and scheduled scripts.
  • Configuring and managing API connections and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Developing customized reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable business insights.
  • Managing cloud upgrades, testing new features, and rolling out updates to client environments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary cloud expert and point of contact for managed services clients.
  • Monitoring and maintaining client cloud environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Overseeing post-implementation optimization, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation.
  • Providing ongoing training, best practices, and user adoption strategies to enhance client efficiency.
  • Coordinating with internal and client teams to prioritize and execute cloud enhancements.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of client configurations, process changes, and issue resolutions.
