Job Title: E-commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce specialist/digital marketer to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute digital marketing plans to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms including Shopify WooCommerce Magento and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
