Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Liaison to join our team at LE BRON CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies, ensuring seamless communication, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with our business and transactions with partner agencies to ensure a deep understanding of our operations.
  • Maintain communication with contact persons from different agencies to foster strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with contact persons from various agencies to ensure timely submission of necessary documents and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure that all necessary documents, permits, and plans are submitted on time.
  • Represent the company in meetings and proceedings, providing expert insights and guidance as needed.
  • Attend pre-bid and bid conferences to ensure that our company's interests are represented and that we are well-positioned to secure new projects.
  • Draft and prepare bid documents for prospective projects, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that our company's proposal is compelling.
  • Ensure that important documents per project are updated and complete, and that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Request copies of incomplete documents from the respective implementing agency to ensure that we have all necessary information.
  • Monitor progress of billings and collections per project in each agency, ensuring that our company is paid in a timely manner.
  • Collect checks and disbursement vouchers once available, ensuring that our company's finances are accurately reflected.
  • Ensure that our Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to ISO 9001:2015, and that all processes are delivering intended outcomes.
  • Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS, highlighting opportunities for improvement, change requirements, and innovations.
  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus and that our company's QMS is maintained with integrity.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position, as required.

Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Willingness to be assigned in Region IV-B is a must. Ability to start as soon as possible is preferred.
