Qualifications & experience

Graduate of BS Accountancy of Management
Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator Previous experience in a liaison or customer relations capacity Proficient in Microsoft application and other relevant management systemExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication abilities Keen attention to detail and problem solving capabilities including priorities and deadlines Tasks & responsibilitiesThe Admin Assistant and Liaison Officer performs administrative duties and provides support mainly involving assistance to Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Administration.Supporting the work of Management and inter-department regarding completeness and compliance with finance, legal and government transactions. Responsibilities include assisting in documentation and record keeping; facilitating and engaging communication to ensure requirements met in terms of financial administration and other regulatory compliance.
