Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth across the region. They will work closely with regional management and business execution teams to enhance and implement controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with regional management to develop and deliver strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Implementing and enhancing control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Providing effective metrics and analysis to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant markets experience, preferably in finance, risk, operations, or front office.
  • Strong evidence of credit products experience, with a focus on project management and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Skills:

  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to combine technical solutions with business ideas.
  • Good technical skills, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
