About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

You will develop and execute consistent social media posting strategies to drive customer engagement and business visibility. Your primary goal will be to create compelling visual content and graphics that showcase our diverse offerings across various service channels.

  • Create engaging social media posts to drive customer interaction and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain and update dynamic calendars showing mobile service availability.
  • Process operational reports from staff and convert them into actionable business communications.

You will also be responsible for handling data entry tasks that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

A strong candidate will have experience managing social media across multiple platforms with demonstrated success in audience engagement. They will possess solid administrative background including calendar management, vendor communication, and excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence and customer-facing content.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a performance-based work environment with growth opportunities and be comfortable with video conference communication for regular check-ins and project coordination.
