Key Responsibilities
  • Support the promotion of live events, such as ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.
  • Assist with managing Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking for maximum ROI.
  • Provide marketing support for coaching workshops and app launches targeting diverse audiences worldwide.
  • Develop and manage lead capture systems, funnels, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Grow and utilize email lists for various audiences, including draft and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Contribute to pre-launch strategies for new products or services, focusing on lead capture and audience nurturing.
  • Drive sign-ups and trials post-launch through coordinated marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to ease workload and enhance productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, automation tools, and data analysis.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms and tools for creating engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, responsive, and reliable.
