We are seeking a skilled Verification Support Professional to join our team and contribute to our success in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Responsibilities
  • Confirm submitted leads' interest via contact and ensure seamless communication.
  • Forward qualified inquiries to appropriate retailers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Audit and update leads in the system accurately, maintaining data integrity and efficiency.
  • Handle customers' sensitive information securely, upholding confidentiality and trust.
  • Implement customer happiness best practices, fostering a positive experience.
  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services, staying updated on market trends.
Requirements
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages), enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing, providing a strong foundation for success.
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and accuracy in daily tasks.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Positive and responsible attitude, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
