Job Description

About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep theoretical knowledge of software testing principles, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to independently analyze requirements and ask the right questions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing well-reasoned and business-aware test strategies that consider product risks and customer needs. They will apply a risk-based approach to testing, prioritize test coverage logically and consistently, and demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques.
  • Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue trackers and test case management tools.
