Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by identifying and addressing defects and issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure the quality of our products;
  • Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality;
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement;

You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including software testing, process improvement, and training.
