Job Overview

This is a role for an individual who is detail-oriented and can provide accurate feedback on quality assurance standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing conversations across all contact touchpoints, ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines, and maintaining audit and performance logs.

Objectives:
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits to track progress.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Review agent conversations to ensure compliance with quality standards, including interactions with consumers, providers, and internal team members.
  • Maintain logs of audit, coaching, and performance data.
  • Document observations and red flags during audits.
  • Develop and support documentation for training and operations.
  • Participate in call calibration sessions to improve quality management strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members as needed.
  • Identify performance trends and communicate them to the QA Manager.
  • Serve as an intermediary for escalations between agents and consumers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the QA Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Customer Service and Sales.
  • 1 year of experience working independently with personal equipment and internet connection.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Experience in a training and coaching environment is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
