About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Activation Support Specialist to facilitate a smooth property listing process on our platform. This critical role involves collaborating with hosts and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met for timely and high-quality listings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to guarantee timely completion of key milestones.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to resolve any listing issues that may arise.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify listings meet our property quality standards before going live, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Confirm all activation requirements are complete, including host lease documents and accurate listing details.
