Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to manage a high volume of customer inquiries and provide solutions to resolve issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers,
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and research every issue to deliver exceptional service,
  • Upsell products when opportunities arise and build sustainable relationships with customers,
  • Stay current with industry changes and trends to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience is preferred,
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role,
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening,
  • Basic computer and typing skills,
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality,
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types,
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls.
