Job Description:

This role involves managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close. You will maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting. Hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking are also key responsibilities.

Preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports will support strategic decision-making. Monitoring cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends informs operational planning. Developing financial models, dashboards, and tools drives business insights.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
