Job Overview

As a Finance Operations Specialist at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in facilitating business transactions within the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process. You will focus on Order Management, Transportation Operations, and Accounts Receivables, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Timely review and validation of customer orders ensure timely processing by our team.
  • Transportation Operations: Collaboration with logistics teams ensures efficient transportation operations and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Accounts Receivables: Accurate collection and maintenance of customer receivables while following up on outstanding payments.
  • Compliance Validation: External compliance validation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on order processing, transportation, and collections to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Written and oral fluency in Vietnamese.
  • Previous experience in finance, operations, customer service, or language translation work is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Order to Cash process is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant business software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - PHP 60,000 per month
