We are looking for a professional to work with our customer success team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving program goals and objectives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Overview

This role is perfect for individuals who can start ASAP and contribute to the program's success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the client's Customer Success team to understand their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Create saved queries within provided databases to reflect the information on the ICPs
  • Review data provided in saved queries to confirm titles and companies align with the Customer ICP
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong research and analytics skills
  • Able to think critically and technically
  • Possess your own laptop/desktop with a minimum specification of Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Highest speed internet connection with download speed of 6 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps
