Job Description

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day management of your team and those reporting directly to you. You will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent or team member.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying growth and development opportunities for team members
  • Monitoring attendance and punctuality, and escalating issues to the HR department as needed
  • Providing timely feedback through regular coaching and performance reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles
  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
