Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Officer for Industrial Properties to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire properties on behalf of the company, including conducting market due diligence, negotiating contracts, and executing transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for the management and disposal of idle assets.
  • Manage the preservation of the value of our real estate portfolio, ensuring security, maintenance, payment of real property taxes, and other government obligations.
  • Facilitate project development activities from conceptualization to completion, staying within budget and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • College graduate with a degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, real estate management).
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate transactions, property management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
