Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Refining: Continuously refine CRM data to align with organizational goals.
  • Data Validation: Review historical databases to validate past inquiries.
  • Data Research: Evaluate potential leads by researching customer profiles and public data.
  • Lead Identification: Align prospects with current offerings and identify opportunities for re-engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced Certifications: In CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or data analytics tools.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, data distillation, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
