Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to provide valuable insights for clients.
  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, consult with industry experts, and create detailed analyses explaining/supporting findings.
  • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns, providing stakeholders with reliable information.
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership and clients, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
  • Support due diligence efforts by reviewing leases and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Real Estate Analysis or related roles is desired.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with Filemaker Pro and internet searching skills are also beneficial.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR) is necessary for accurate analysis.
  • Attention to detail and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective collaboration.
