About the role
Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with the accounts team to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Maintaining detailed records of all billing transactions
- Generating various billing reports and analysis as required
- Providing excellent customer service to clients regarding their billing inquiries
- Supporting the broader finance and accounting functions as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar accounts-related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
