Certification Exam Proctor Role Overview

The Certification Exam Proctor plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and security of certification exams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing students during exams, monitoring their progress, and reporting any suspicious activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exam procedures are facilitated smoothly and efficiently for multiple students at once.
  • Verify student identities and conduct thorough security checks to maintain exam integrity.
  • Log and report all exam events, including any instances of suspicious activity.
  • Provide timely support to resolve system and connectivity issues escalated by students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • College-level education, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • Previous experience in IT administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to troubleshoot web-based tools with ease.
  • Flexible schedule, high ethical standards, and attention to detail.
