As a strategic partner to our clients, we aim to maximize the effectiveness of their systems by leveraging our expertise in Workday HCM product suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize deep knowledge and experience in U.S. Benefits to provide expert guidance on Workday HCM configuration and implementation
- Lead client deployments or coach others to successfully gather and document business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
- Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model promoting effective communication, collaboration, and innovation
Effective professionals in this role will possess excellent communication skills, be able to address complex tasks, facilitate client adoption, maintain ongoing satisfaction, provide regular status reports, and innovate approaches to achieve optimal results.
