Corporate Legal Position

This key position is responsible for meeting the legal requirements of companies.

  • Handles corporate housekeeping, including local and foreign companies.
  • Drafts and reviews all contracts entered into by the Company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provides strategic legal advice and consultation on issues with legal implications, optimizing business outcomes.
  • Gives expert advice on labor law compliance and handling of labor cases, minimizing risks and maximizing benefits.
  • Ensures monitoring and compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining a high level of corporate governance.
  • Ensures compliance to established rules and regulations, upholding industry standards.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor degree holder.
  • At least 8 years in practice with extensive experience in labor and corporate law.
  • Preferably 1 year or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry, leveraging expertise for growth.
