Professional Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work is preferred but not required. We'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing empathetic and professional support
- Reach out to clients on our waitlist and guide them through the scheduling process
- Collect and record essential client information accurately
- Build trust and rapport with clients through effective communication
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or BPO work
- A patient, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with clients
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
